Error updating hostname or TLS

I am trying to find documentation or a video on moving my work from the development stage to the production stage, but I have found nothing. I am sure you have it someplace, but no luck searching your documentation for it. So I tried to do it without the docs. I have an error that says the following: “Error updating hostname or TLS, contact support.” So here I am. I need help. I get a 404 when trying to access the production staged version.

What’s the domain you’re seeing that error?

This issue is fixed. So you should be able to load your production app now.
