Our server is occasionally taken offline for maintenance, updates, etc. I happened to try to login while the server was down and saw the error message wasn’t very helpful (see screenshot). In this particular case, it would have been appropriate to say something like:
This is in the works, we are in the process of revamping the error reporting starting with the bottom of the stack, FM, then working up to the front.
Since there are many users that are not controllable by the user, what do you see the alerting look like?
For example some common errors:
FMS bad credentials
FMS offline
Helper Dispatch Error
BF network Error
Not internet
Some I think would be fine to display and others perhaps hidden for dev’s only?
