Issue Connecting to Helper File

Having a slight issue, I had a website connected with no issues, but today it would not connect to the helper file. It seemed to not be using the provided credentials when attempting a call.

I’ve triple checked that the credentials are properly set in the environment.

Are you using data api or xml?

  • Was the file recently migrated to a new - version?
  • Have you checked the extended priv’s to make sure gateway is enabled?
  • what other incidents have happened since the time it was functioning?

Currently using xml.

  • Was the file recently migrated to a new - version?
    No

  • Have you checked the extended priv’s to make sure gateway is enabled?
    Yes, the needed privileges have all been enabled.

  • what other incidents have happened since the time it was functioning?
    The only thing I can think of is the server was updated to 20.3.1.31
