I've got an issue with a client's Data API not responding

@BetterForms I’ve got an issue with a client’s app where we had to forcefully disconnect the BetterForms user in the FMS Admin Console and now the app simply won’t connect to the Data API. We are able to hit the server using the Server Test DataAPI Gateway tool, but the app will not connect. Help?!

Turning the Data API and the Database Server off and back on seems to have done the trick
