We changed servers and now our app is no longer connecting to the helper file.
As far as I can tell the setup is identical to our previous setup with a few exceptions.
Same domain, same IP, but upgraded from FMS 17 to 19.2.1 and now running Big Sur. I enabled XML but when I test the XML gateway from the editor, I get the following error: ‘The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.’
Any idea what I missed?
