Recently updated our FMS to 20.1 but now my users

Recently updated our FMS to 20.1 but now my users are seeing this error trying to sign. Any idea what it could be? I dont see anything being created in the helper file either.

Have you re-enabled that xml or dataAPI?

Fixed issue, turns out it was java related. The web direct page had issues as well. This helped me resolve it.

Everything was the same as before, really wierd
