Troubleshooting Persistent User Connections and Token Reuse

I have two Betterforms users connected to the server for 10 days and three others for 7 days, are these ghost connections or actual users.

tokens are reused, so if there are requests done to your server within 15minutes, those tokens will be reused. They’re only removed, if they’re not used for more than 15 minutes

why so many?

we can have up to 3 concurrent tokens per pod, we have multiple pods in multiple locations as well, so if you have users accessing your app from different countries, that will increase as well

also is the BF cred actually accessing that many files?

we plan to reboot the server & upgrade tomorrow morning

One thing to keep in mind. BF does not keep talking to fms during inactivity.
So something keeps pinging etc.

Connections are not resources.

Also deleteing just forces bf to refresh.
