What is the CNAME setup for a custom domain?

Hey Charles, I remember you saying something in our last call about the docs being outdated with the CNAME setup for custom domains. What is the correct redirect?

Thanks! Charles had mentioned it changed, but the docs weren’t updated yet. That was a few weeks ago.

Another probably straightforward question. Does the “alias” portion of alias.bfoperations.com remain the word “alias”, or is it a placeholder for something else?

A CNAME takes two things, the subdomain of the domain you want to forward and a destination. Your destination is alias.bfoperations.com and ‘myapp’ is the subdomain.
